‘رحمٰن کے حقیقی بندے وہ ہیں جو زمین پر نرمی اور عاجزی کے ساتھ برتاؤ کرتے ہیں اور جب بھی بے وقوف ان کے ساتھ جھگڑا کرتے ہیں تو [سلامتی کے الفاظ] کے ساتھ جواب دیتے ہیں۔‘

NPCIH INTRODUCTION

National Peace Commission for Interfaith Harmony (NPCIH) is a government organization, working under The Ministries of The Ministry of Interfaith Harmony & Minorities Government of Pakistan. NPCIH’s first and foremost objective is to bring peace in Pakistan by getting Pakistanis interfaith and their legal rights in national or international law. It also aims to promote harmony between all people irrespective of their religious beliefs. Regardless of religious and racial differences NPCIH is committed to help all Pakistanis to have equal social status and protection. Thus, it is all about Pakistan and Pakistanis. The Commission has been serving the people of Pakistan across the globe for past 10 years.

قومی امن کمیشن برائے بین المذاہب ہم آہنگی (NPCIH) ایک سرکاری تنظیم ہے جو بین المذاہب ہم آہنگی اور اقلیتوں کی حکومت پاکستان کی وزارتوں کے تحت کام کر رہی ہے۔ NPCIH کا پہلا اور اہم مقصد پاکستانیوں کو بین المذاہب اور قومی یا بین الاقوامی قوانین میں ان کے قانونی حقوق حاصل کرکے پاکستان میں امن قائم کرنا ہے۔اس کا مقصد تمام لوگوں کے درمیان ہم آہنگی کو فروغ دینا بھی ہے چاہے وہ کسی بھی مذہبی عقائد سے تعلق رکھتے ہوں۔مذہبی اور نسلی اختلافات سے قطع نظر NPCIH تمام پاکستانیوں کو یکساں سماجی حیثیت اور تحفظ حاصل کرنے میں مدد دینے کے لئے پرعزم ہے۔اس طرح یہ سب کچھ پاکستان اور پاکستانیوں کے بارے میں ہے۔ کمیشن گزشتہ 10 سالوں سے دنیا بھر میں پاکستان کے عوام کی خدمت کر رہا ہے۔

ہمیں اپنی راہ میں تقدیر پر کام کرنا چاہئے اور مردانگی اور معاشرتی انصاف پسندی کی مساوات کے حقیقی اسلامی تصور پر مبنی ایک ماحولیاتی نظام دنیا کے سامنے پیش کرنا چاہئے۔ اس طرح ہم مسلمان ہونے کے ناطے اپنے مشن کی تکمیل کریں گے اور انسانیت کو امن کا پیغام دیں گے جو اکیلا ہی اس کو بچا سکتا ہے اور بنی نوع انسان کی خوشحالی ، خوشحالی اور خوشحالی کو محفوظ بناسکتا ہے۔ (یکم جولائی 1948 کو اسٹیٹ بینک آف پاکستان ، کراچی کی افتتاحی تقریب کے موقع پر تقریر کری)۔

While all of the world’s major religions preach the message of peace, unfortunately it is a reality that tensions do exist between the proponents of these religions. These will often manifest as religious controversy or inter-faith and intra-faith conflict. (Ambassador of Peace Federal Chairman & Founder Muhammad Arsalan National Peace Commission for Interfaith Harmony Pakistan) however, has been at the forefront of efforts to enhance understanding between the Christian and Muslim communities and build bridges between their respective followers. Through his personal statements, numerous lectures, speeches and publications, he has created an environment where the rights and sentiments of the Christian minority are respected by the wider community. And his message of tolerance, universal brotherhood and love is being propagated by Interfaith Offices throughout the world by the offer of friendship and by visits to Christian, Jewish, Sikh, Bahai, zouristrians or Hindu places of worship.

Constitution of Pakistan lays down the provision for the minorities to freely practice their religion and for the development of their culture, it also safeguards teh legitimate interests of miniorities for which the present goevrnment is also committed. Quaid-e-Azam, right from teh day of creation of Pakistan, had unequivocally declared a policy of quality, freedom nad security, profession or ethnic origin. we are one nation and we hvae to struggle togather for prosperous of Pakistan by developing interfaith harmony.

پاکستان کا آئین اقلیتوں کے لیے آزادی کے ساتھ اپنے مذہب پر عمل کرنے اور اپنی ثقافت کی ترقی کے لیے اقلیتوں کے جائز مفادات کا بھی تحفظ کرتا ہے جس کے لیے موجودہ حکومت بھی پرعزم ہے۔ قائداعظم نے قیام پاکستان کے دن سے ہی معیار، آزادی اور تحفظ، پیشہ یا نسلی بنیادوں کی پالیسی کا واضح طور پر اعلان کر دیا تھا۔ ہم ایک قوم ہیں اور ہمیں بین المذاہب ہم آہنگی کو فروغ دے کر پاکستان کی خوشحالی کے لیے مل کر جدوجہد کرنی ہوگی۔

Peace is one of the most fundamental need to establish develop and high rank society. Any Nation can never take a single step toward progress if they don’t able to make peace in its land. Unfortunately Pakistan is one of the prominent victims of terrorism, and our people unable to find peace in their lives. In this Situation, I personally felt this to do work for my nation to bring peace in whole country. My Aim Peace is not just for Muslims but I founded National Peace Commission for Interfaith Harmony for everyone, who is citizen of our home land. Everybody has to step forward and understand his national responsibilities to make a stable and peaceful Pakistan as our Leader (Quaid-e-Azam) dreamed. Our religion forces us to keep peace in society and help others. So as General Sec. of National Peace Commission for Interfaith Harmony, I am inviting every Pakistani to bring peace in our mother land by standing beside us. ترقی یافتہ اور اعلیٰ درجے کے معاشرے کے قیام کے لیے امن سب سے بنیادی ضرورت ہے۔ کوئی بھی قوم ترقی کی طرف کبھی ایک قدم بھی نہیں اٹھا سکتی جب تک وہ اپنی سرزمین پر امن قائم نہ کر سکے۔ بدقسمتی سے پاکستان دہشت گردی کے سب سے زیادہ متاثرین میں سے ایک ہے، اور ہمارے لوگ اپنی زندگیوں میں سکون تلاش کرنے سے قاصر ہیں۔ اس صورتحال میں، میں نے ذاتی طور پر یہ محسوس کیا کہ اپنی قوم کے لیے پورے ملک میں امن قائم کرنے کے لیے کام کریں۔ میرا مقصد امن صرف مسلمانوں کے لیے نہیں ہے بلکہ میں نے قومی امن کمیشن برائے بین المذاہب ہم آہنگی ہر ایک کے لیے قائم کیا، جو ہماری سرزمین کا شہری ہے۔ ایک مستحکم اور پرامن پاکستان بنانے کے لیے ہر ایک کو آگے بڑھنا ہوگا اور اپنی قومی ذمہ داریوں کو سمجھنا ہوگا جیسا کہ ہمارے قائد (قائداعظم) نے دیکھا تھا۔ ہمارا مذہب ہمیں معاشرے میں امن قائم رکھنے اور دوسروں کی مدد کرنے پر مجبور کرتا ہے۔ تو بطور جنرل سیک۔ قومی امن کمیشن برائے بین المذاہب ہم آہنگی کی طرف سے، میں ہر پاکستانی کو دعوت دے رہا ہوں کہ وہ ہمارے شانہ بشانہ کھڑے ہو کر اپنی مادر وطن میں امن قائم کرے۔ (قومی امن کمیشن برائے بین المذاہب ہم آہنگی مرکزی صدر سید مدثر حسین شاہ.

I am a proud to be a Pakistani. I feel blessed to breath in an independent country. i will not forget the people who sacrificed for this beautiful land and i shall always support the people who are embracing martyrdom to keep our land and the people safe. Now it is our duty to protect our beloved country Pakistan and its people. I want you to be united as one nation and stand up against the haters of Pakistan.

مجھے پاکستانی ہونے پر فخر ہے۔ میں ایک آزاد ملک میں سانس لینے میں خوشی محسوس کرتا ہوں۔ میں ان لوگوں کو نہیں بھولوں گا جنہوں نے اس خوبصورت سرزمین کے لیے قربانیاں دیں اور میں ہمیشہ ان لوگوں کا ساتھ دوں گا جو ہماری سرزمین اور عوام کو محفوظ رکھنے کے لیے شہادتیں قبول کر رہے ہیں۔ اب یہ ہمارا فرض ہے کہ ہم اپنے پیارے ملک پاکستان اور اس کے عوام کی حفاظت کریں۔ میں چاہتا ہوں کہ آپ ایک قوم بن کر متحد ہو جائیں اور پاکستان سے نفرت کرنے والوں کے خلاف اٹھ کھڑے ہوں۔
